The Annexe has a black box stage which you can transform to suit your performance. The stage benefits from a large stage right wing and entrances in both upstage corners and mid-stage.
The Annexe suits all kinds of small shows and has recently welcomed spine-tingling solo dance piece Butoh Medea, tragicomedy bright ideas and physical piece Amongst Millions.

Access
The Annexe is in a separate building adjacent to The Vault, and access is via stairs only.
Lighting
The general cover is a 6 area, 12 lantern wash using 500W fresnels. There is an LED colour wash compromising of 4 ETC Colorsource Pars. There are three Source4 Jr lanterns available for spotlights or gobo effects. There are additional fresnels and LED PARs providing side and back-lighting.
Control is an ETC Colorsource 20.
Sound
A PA with an 8-channel mixer is available for your use. A 3.5mm jack input is available at the technical desk in the stage left wing. An SM58 microphone and stand are provided. Radio mics can be provided at an extra cost.
Projection
A projector is hung from the grid and focussed on the back tab or a simple screen. The image is approximately 2.5m wide. 1920 x 1080 (Full HD) resolution at 4000 ANSI lumens. VGA and HDMI connections are available at the technical desk.
QLab
A Mac with QLab 4 Video is provided for control of projection and sound playback from the technical desk.
The Sanctuary seats 110 and is our largest performance space. It is a beautiful and flexible space making it particularly suitable for larger scale works.
The Studio seats up to 107 depending on chosen layout. It is our most flexible space and features a wide stage.
The cosy 42-seat performance space within The Vault is framed by a stone archway that creates a proscenium arch feel in an authentic Fringe space.
